1. No Personal Passenger Data Collection

Train Refund Calculator is built with a strict client-side architecture. When you input ticket fares, departure dates, travel classes, or cancellation reasons, all math and logic executes directly inside your browser. We do not store, log, or transmit your ticket information or PNR numbers to any server.

2. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage solely to remember your UI preferences, such as your chosen color theme (light or dark mode) and language preference. These settings never leave your device.
